Hay!Land Show Grant program was orginaly thought of because in real life - the biggest events provide large amounts of prize money, but no one in the game has enough money to be able to provide large prizes (or at least it seems that way). I've also noticed, that there is sometimes a lack of attendance to shows, which can cause them to be cancelled. Also, in RL, horses that have large amounts of winnings (especially in racing, grand prix events and more) are worth more money, and people are willing to pay more for their offspring as well. I believe that being able to provide money to people to give away at their shows will increase attendance, as well as the worth of the sales market. If people are able to win more money and increase the amount of money they have, they can actually buy horses.
There would be rules to the program, obviously not every show is going to be able to give away $50,000 for their Grand Prix class or whats equivalent to that is other disciplines.
Shows will have to be submitted for approval, which would include a class list with the amount they would be giving away for each class and a total amount which they are hoping to get.
